Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures they perform duties with excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, customer service and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, locks, alarms and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by merchandising and staff performance improvements.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery procedures.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
