Job summary

Five Below in Concord, NH is seeking an energetic team member to help run daily store operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will train crew, oversee openings/closes, and ensure fast, friendly checkout while keeping stock organized and accessible.

This hourly role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to multitask with flexible day/evening/weekend hours and occasional overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
