Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic retail professional to supervise store crew in Saugus, MA. You will lead customer service, train staff on BEST practices, and assist with day-to-day operations including opening/closing and cash handling.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for days/weekends is needed in this hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and oversees checkout efficiency.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures duties are performed well.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor stock ready for sale.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staffing, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and helps control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Performs general store maintenance and supports leadership in merchandising.
