Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers wow experience to customers; trains crew on the BEST customer service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance such as trash, sweeping, bathrooms, and stock room upkeep.
