Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies. Responsibilities

• Process POS transactions per policy; manage sales, discounts, refunds, and loyalty using standard procedures.
• Inventory control: shipping/receiving, price changes, markdowns, damaged merchandise, physical inventory.
• Merchandising and visual presentation to company standards.
• Payroll controls: scheduling, budget compliance, time and attendance.
• Training and development of direct reports per training tools and standards.
