Job summary

Five Below Inc. seeks an Interim Support Lead to ensure outstanding customer experiences and lead front-end operations. You will train crew, supervise daily activities, and act as Manager on Duty when needed, keeping store performance strong during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact with guests.
• Train crew on BEST customer service and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling operations and staff issues.
• Manage opening/closing, secure cash, alarms and daily ops.
• Occasionally handle opening/closing processes fully.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Perform maintenance like cleaning and stock room upkeep.
