Job summary

Five Below seeks an Interim Support Lead to join our store management team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will ensure an outstanding shopping experience, lead front-end operations, assist with cash management, merchandising, and safety, and take on Manager On Duty responsibilities during shifts.

You will train associates, drive sales, control expenses, and collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts while maintaining high standards of service and store

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for shelves.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
