Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role to ensure an expert level of customer service and smooth daily operations. You will train crew, oversee associates, and manage opening/closing procedures while helping optimize merchandising and sales performance.

The position is hourly with opportunities to develop skills in a fast-paced retail environment at Five Below locations. Candidates should be flexible with shifts and be prepared to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure
• Creative thinking with a customer-service focus

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance.
• Manages opening/closing of the store and cash handling
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance
• Performs store maintenance and collaborates with leadership on merchandising
