Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead reporting to the Store Manager to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will supervise crew, lead service excellence, and help manage opening/closing procedures and daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Demonstrable teamwork and reliable schedule flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations and staff management.
