Job summary

Five Below is seeking a hands-on store leadership professional to oversee daily operations, train associates and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will act as Manager on Duty, supervise cash handling, opening/closing duties, and collaborate with the leadership team to optimize merchandising and performance.

The role emphasizes supervision, staffing, and delivering fast, friendly checkout experiences while supporting adherence to policies and positive guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to multitask and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on BEST customer service and store procedures.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure good performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to place items on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations, staff & customer issues.
