• Inventory control including receiving, pricing, markdowns, and physical inventory.
• Merchandising and visual presentation to company standards, housekeeping, signage and storefront presentation.
• Payroll control including scheduling, payroll budget compliance, and time/attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports and enforce operational standards.
• Loss prevention to protect company assets.
