Responsibilities include staff development, inventory control, visual merchandising, floor coverage, and implementing loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

• Background check approval required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid visual merchandising capabilities.
• Knowledge of footwear, accessories and shoe care.
• Basic math skills for POS and inventory.
• Familiarity with store operations policies and procedures.

• Train direct reports and reinforce operational standards.
• Lead loss prevention efforts to protect assets.
• Develop daily operations knowledge for full store management.
