Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues with urgency and satisfaction.
• Process POS transactions per policy and procedures.
• Handle sales, discounts and refunds; manage loyalty.
• Oversee open/close procedures and payroll controls.
• Oversee inventory controls, shipping/receiving, pricing and markdowns.
• Direct merchandizing, floor maintenance and signage per standards.
• Manage scheduling and payroll budget compliance.
• Train and develop direct reports in line with policies.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection initiatives.
