CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within the district. You will build customer relationships, identify storage needs, and drive unit rentals and related store activities.

The role involves daily property walks, unit showings, and POS transactions, with a focus on service quality, teamwork, and meeting sales targets. Experience in customer-facing roles is valued.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Interacting face to face with customers and delivering excellent service.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks and show units to customers.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing leasing, processing payments via POS, and handling daily deposits.
