Aufgaben

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, and handle deposits.
• Maintain property including housekeeping and safety checks.
