Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store performance, customer service, leasing processes, and budgeting for storage facilities. You will ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained store environment while meeting sales targets and managing invoices and auctions.

In this role you will lead a team, coordinate with maintenance, and deliver a standout customer experience while supporting growth and operational efficiency across locations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse client base.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong operational focus with a self-driven attitude.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle with valid license and insurance.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and store metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily tasks, show units, and manage leasing and payments.
• Process invoices, manage reports, and auctions.
• Oversee store budget and inventory.
