Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily self-storage operations, deliver standout customer service, meet sales targets, and manage leasing, payments, and maintenance across the property.

The role requires a positive, self-motivated individual with strong operational skills and the ability to work Saturdays. You will be responsible for budget, reporting, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle with valid license and insurance.
• Standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Tour properties to show units and perform daily operational tasks.
• Rent self-storage spaces and sell store merchandise; manage leasing and payments via POS.
• Process invoices and manage reports and auctions.
• Oversee store budget, supplies, and inventory.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility.
