Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores across the district, focusing on customer service and property maintenance. The role emphasizes relationships with customers, daily operations, and sales activity.

Responsibilities include leasing, payments, and unit showings, with a strong emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and teamwork to support growth and excellent service during daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, and completing daily deposits.
