CubeSmart Self-Storage is hiring a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily customer service and property maintenance. You will build customer relationships, meet sales goals, and manage leasing, payments, and reports for a busy storage facility.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to safety, and an ability to maintain a clean, organized site. This position offers growth across our US locations and a competitive pay structure from day one.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying needs and delivering solutions while providing a standout customer experience.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Renting storage spaces and processing payments via POS.
• Managing invoices and reports within the database.
• Overseeing expenses and store inventory.
