Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing associates to achieve goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using KPIs and data insights to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations in the manager's absence and drive sales and profit targets.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with department managers and staff.
• Communicate goals and results to associates and develop action plans based on feedback.
• Promote inclusive leadership and strong relationships with local community and unions where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and enterprise policies.
