Kroger Co. in Prospect, KY is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all departments and drive store performance with a focus on sales, labor, and customer service. You will lead a diverse team to execute merchandising, operations, and safety initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires coordinating with department heads, analyzing performance, and building community relationships while upholding Kroger’s values of respect, inclusion and safety.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing associates to achieve goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics and data insights to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.
• Proven success driving customer experience, sales growth and operational excellence.
