Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking of new items.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations.
• Manages opening/closing procedures and cash accountability.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Performs general store maintenance.
