Five Below is seeking an enthusiastic leader to oversee daily store operations and a team of associates in Rocky Mount, NC. You will train crew members, manage openings and closings, and drive sales through strong customer service and merchandising execution.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wowers: Ensures all crew members are wowing the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Open/close store responsibilities including cash, doors, alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership in merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform maintenance: clean, stock room, bathrooms, trash.
