Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer through personal contact and great service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are done well.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking of new inventory.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staffing and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure smooth operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and overall operations.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
