Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced manager to help wow customers and lead store associates in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train staff, oversee inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures duties are performed effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Manages opening/closing store processes, securing cash, locking doors, and alarms.
