Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking an energetic store operations associate in North Carolina to WOW customers and support daily shop floor activities.

You will supervise crew, train associates, open/close the store, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout in a dynamic retail environment. Ideal candidates have at least one year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while staying calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
