Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a store leadership role in Concord, NC. The incumbent will supervise crew, train on the BEST customer service experience, and ensure a smooth daily operation with open/close procedures. The role requires managing staff, merchandising, and maintaining a high-energy store environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, driving sales, and supporting onboarding and training of associates. A flexible schedule and travel may be required.

• Oversee daily activities of store associates and monitor performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staffing.
