Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Manage opening/closing tasks, cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and floor set.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning duties and stock room organization.
