Job summary

Five Below in Green Bay, WI seeks a store leader to oversee daily operations and ensure a WOW customer experience. You will train crew, open/close, manage cash, and assist with stock while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is hourly work starting at $12.50 per hour with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow the customer with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and drive great customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling operations and staff.
• Open/close the store including cash, doors, alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
