Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact; trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensures guests have a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to place items on the sales floor quickly.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance such as trash, cleaning, and stock room upkeep.
