Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable crew member to support daily store operations and deliver a WOW customer experience. You will train associates, supervise tasks, and participate in merchandising and inventory duties while ensuring safety and efficiency across shifts.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment; starting pay is $14.50 per hour with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms, and daily setup.
