Five Below, Inc. is seeking a store leader on an hourly basis to oversee daily operations, mentor crew, and ensure exceptional customer service at the Severna Park location. The role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and maintaining stock organization.

You will train associates, boost sales through merchandising and service, and partner with the leadership team to run efficient store operations while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management and urgent issues.
• Occasionally manages opening/closing, securing cash, locking doors and setting alarms.
