Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring they are performing duties effectively and providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management and customer service.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, including cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily operation readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses via merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance tasks such as cleaning and stock room upkeep.
• Additional responsibilities as determined by the Store Manager.
