Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store leader to supervise crew, ensure a WOW customer experience, and manage daily store operations. This hourly role supports onboarding, training, merchandising, and guest services to help drive sales.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Starting at $11.50 per hour, with benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and wow customers with personal service.
• Train crew on the customer service experience and ensure fast checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and oversee store operations.
• Open/close the store and secure cash and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and store operations.
• Perform store maintenance tasks.
