Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on BE.S.T. customer experience and standards.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for floor readiness.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash and alarms for smooth operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
