Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a store leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach crew to deliver the WOW customer experience, oversee daily store activities, and manage stock flow from receiving to merchandising.

You will also serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth operations and strong service across shifts. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ years of management experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations and staff management.
