Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep shelves organized and accessible.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, sets alarms, and ensures a smooth start and end to each day.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve associate performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
