Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional to oversee receiving, stock placement, and floor displays in a fast-paced NC store. The role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and acting as Manager on Duty when required.

You will guide a team of associates, support onboarding and training, and drive sales through merchandising and superior service. Flexibility to work varied shifts is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock and places items on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash security and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, with responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes the market plan and ensures promotional materials are displayed and updated.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
