Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow the customer with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to maintain service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staffing.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and maintain readiness.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
