Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and trains crew on top service standards.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure great customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking for quick floor availability.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing associate training on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and store recovery processes.
• Performs store maintenance such as cleaning and stocking duties.
