Five Below is hiring a customer-focused crew supervisor to lead store associates and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll train staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout.

The role includes opening/closing duties, stock organization, and collaboration with leadership to drive sales and control costs. The position requires at least 1 year of management experience, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and superior service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Performs general store maintenance and safety tasks.
