Job summary

Five Below in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Store Manager on Duty to lead daily store operations, oversee cash handling, staff guidance, and customer service. You will manage inventory, merchandising, resets, and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines while driving sales and controlling expenses.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages store displays, signage, and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures, cash security, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, guiding staff, customer service, and urgent issue resolution.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and supports onboarding and training.
• Drives sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Executes market plan and Inventory Integrity processes.
