Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store leadership professional in the United States to guide daily operations and guest experience. You will oversee staff, manage opening/closing duties, and ensure fast, friendly checkouts while driving sales and efficiency.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment. This position is hourly with health benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates and provides excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Manages opening or closing the store, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with the leadership team on merchandising and World Recovery.
