Responsibilities

• Wow the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure duties are performed effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for sales floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and take responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Manage opening/closing duties, including cash handling, security, and daily prep.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising procedures and initiatives.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
