Job summary

Five Below is hiring a store leadership professional to oversee daily operations and staff development in a fast-paced retail environment. You will manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and guest experiences, while coaching associates to deliver WOW service.

As a Manager on Duty, you’ll partner with the leadership team to optimize merchandising, drive sales, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possibly overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and customer service as Manager on Duty.
• Train and onboard associates on policies and procedures.
• Open/close store, secure cash, set alarms, and daily refill.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking products.
• Drive sales by merchandising and controlling expenses.
• Coordinate with store leadership on inventory and maintenance.
