Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout for guests.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring effective performance and excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for rapid shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing process, cash security, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance tasks like garbage, sweeping, bathrooms, and stock room.
