Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed effectively and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Open or close the store as needed, including cash handling and security procedures.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and operations.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by improving merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
