Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic leader to oversee daily store operations and guest experience. You will train crew, manage duties, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

The role involves opening/closing, cash handling, and ensuring policies are followed. Strong communication and adaptability are essential for success in a fast-paced, hourly environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and training.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure smooth daily operation.
