Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to the floor for quick placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and alarms for smooth daily operations.
