Five Below is seeking a store leadership associate to ensure an outstanding guest experience, supervise daily store operations, and train team members on fast, friendly service. The role supports opening/closing duties and stock management while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The position requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.

Competenze

Mansioni

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the customer service experience; ensuring each guest has a fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
